This is the Supreme Judge Chosen

Commission III of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) since the days of Monday through Thursday (15 to 18 February 2010) during trial II Year 2009 to 2010, did the fit and proper test (test the feasibility) of the 20 candidates for Supreme Court Justices.
Of the 20 candidates for Supreme Court Justices who have tested its feasibility, the Commission III of the Parliament, on Thursday, February 18, 2010, around 20:00 hours to the plenary meeting the selection of candidates for Supreme Court Justices.
The results of these elections plenary meeting, 6 people elected Supreme Judge.
The six men are:
1. Dr. Salman Luthan, SH., MH.
2. Soltoni Mohdally, SH., MH.
3. H. Julius, SH., MH.
4. Dr. H. Supandi, SH., M. Hum
5. Prof. Dr. Surya Jaya, SH., M. Hum
6. H. Achmad Yamanie, SH., MH.

Inilah Hakim Agung Terpilih

Komisi III Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR RI) sejak hari senin hingga kamis (15 - 18 Februari 2010) dalam masa persidangan II Tahun 2009 - 2010, melakukan fit and proper test (uji kelayakan) terhadap 20 calon Hakim Agung.

Dari 20 calon Hakim Agung yang telah diuji kelayakannya, Komisi III DPR RI, pada Kamis 18 Februari 2010, sekitar jam 20.00 melakukan rapat pleno pemilihan calon Hakim Agung.

Hasil rapat pleno pemilihan tersebut, terpilih 6 orang Hakim Agung. Keenam orang itu adalah:
1. Dr. Salman Luthan, SH., MH.
2. Soltoni Mohdally, SH., MH.
3. H. Yulius, SH., MH.
4. Dr. H. Supandi, SH., M.Hum
5. Prof. Dr. Surya Jaya, SH., M.Hum
6. H. Achmad Yamanie, SH., MH.
